A framework for agentic messaging, experimentation, and insight loops that help teams deploy faster and learn earlier.
“AI activation” isn’t a single channel. It’s a system: messaging, experimentation, and feedback loops that get smarter over time. We built TrailGuide to operate this system end-to-end.

Prompt examples
Targeting prompt
Find users who signed up in the last 7 days, started 1 workout, but have not completed a second workout within 72 hours. Break down by device_os and utm_source.
Outputs: audience size, breakdowns, and recommended thresholds.
Channel mix prompt
For new trial users, which channel sequence performs best for conversion: push then email, email then push, or in-app only? Use holdout groups to estimate lift.

How we define orchestration rules

The fastest way to learn is to ship experiments that tie to outcomes. We test messaging and product changes together, and we keep a clean holdout so we can answer one question: did this intervention change behavior?
In the workout app, the outcome is not “clicked a push.” It is “completed a second workout,” “started a trial,” and “upgraded to paid.” We align experiments to those outcomes and we keep the measurement definitions stable.
